Our Founder & CEO
John Kissell is the Founder and CEO of Workforce Services Inc., a national fleet maintenance platform supporting logistics and delivery operations across all 50 states. Over the past two decades, he has built and scaled multiple companies spanning fleet services, emergency response, and transportation infrastructure.
Today, John is focused on building next-generation workforce systems—integrating AI, automation, and skilled labor to solve critical operational bottlenecks for enterprise clients.
He is an active member of Strategic Coach, Genius Network, and Abundance 360, which are 3 top level Entrepreneur platforms, and is committed to mentoring emerging talent and advancing innovation in the trades.
