John David Kissell (born 1966), an American entrepreneur and business executive who operates three companies in the fleet services, emergency response, and transportation logistics sectors. He graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics. His companies collectively employ over 140 people and serve clients across all 50 states, including contracts with Fortune 50 companies such as FedEx, UPS, SAIA, XPO, Avis Budget, ARI Holman, and Fleetnet.
John Kissell founded Workforce Services Inc (WFS) on May 4, 2005, in Canton, Ohio. The company has grown to employ 120 people across 18 repair facilities and operates 45 service vehicles, providing fleet maintenance services nationwide. In 2013, he established Global Fleet & Auto Repair, LLC, which operates as Global Wildfire Equipment with 19 employees, providing firefighting services and equipment across ten western states and manufacturing firefighting equipment with delivery timelines under 60 days. His third venture, Global Lease, LLC, was founded on July 27, 2021, and provides delivery vans and service trucks to package delivery companies and fleet repair operations.
John has implemented a vertical integration strategy through commercial real estate acquisition, purchasing or building repair shop facilities that he leases back to his companies. He is a member of Abundance 360’s Patron Group and Strategic Coach’s Free Zone Frontier Program. He currently resides in West Palm Beach, Florida, and his interests include vehicle customization, off-roading, 4×4 modifications, and automotive restoration projects.
